Getting Started
You can begin by reaching out through the website or email. You would sign up/create an account (free) and and schedule a complimentary 15 minute call to explore what you're looking for, answer questions and see if we are a good fit.
If we decide to move forward, we'll schedule your first session.
Sessions and Ongoing Support
Sessions are 50 minutes and can be scheduled week to week. There is no long-term commitment and you may cancel or pause services at any time in accordance with the cancellation policy.
While there is no minimum number of sessions required, clients are encouraged to plan for three to four consecutive sessions to fully explore goals related to ADHD and high sensitivity. This allows time to build context, identify patterns, apply strategies and reflect on what's working, rather than trying to address everything in a single session.
Between sessions, you can expect up to three brief accountability check-ins via text message from me during business hours. These check-ins are designed to support goal follow-through, clarity and momentum and are available for up to seven days following your most recent session.
